PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT COSTS THAT MAY BE DUE WHEN THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.
VAT DISCOUNT
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. To calculate the price with the VAT Discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.20. Please note this figure is different to simply reducing the price by 20%.
FREE SHIPPING
NOVELIST STUDIOS store will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the Novelist Studios store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note that during Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 7 days.
DELIVERY TIME
France orders will be delivered within 2-7 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 4-10 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
CURRENCIES
NOVELIST STUDIOS store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Novelist Studios store.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed. You must return the NOVELIST STUDIOS products to the NOVELIST STUDIOS online store's return address in perfect condition. The NOVELIST STUDIOS products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.
COSTS FOR RETURN
Novelist Studios store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 14 business days at the latest, after Novelist Studios store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Novelist Studios store.
PLEASE NOTE RETURNS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FROM ARRIVAL AT OUR WAREHOUSE. DURING BUSY PERIODS THIS TIMELINE CAN BE LONGER, HOWEVER WE DO ENDEAVOUR TO PROCESS ALL RETURNED ITEMS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
